CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: 12/4/2024This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Customer agrees to pay the quoted amount for any orders before starting on the physical product. (I will only begin once all payments are made UNLESS we work something out personally.)
2.. Any payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences whatsoever.
3. Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule unless something else was previously agreed on.
4. I do not accept etsy as a valid payment. I will only accept Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, Or Paypal**
**If you are choosing to pay via Paypal, you must select the option 'for friends and family' to avoid any fees taken against me.
5. Any complaints about prices or quotes will not be tolerated. My prices are already way cheaper than I am comfortable with. Any complaints will result in complete refusal of service.PRODUCT DELIVERY
1. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered to the provided address of the customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller and all work is completed.
2. Customer is obliged to bear any costs incurred by delivery method, such as postal costs, material costs.
3. Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. (unless personally specified) Seller can not guarantee that they can remake your product.
4. After the prduct arrives at your home, you can do whatever you want with it! Change the design, species, etc however you want! (Since I am an adult maker, you may also use this suit for any 18+ reasons, that stuff's not my business!)
5. If you commission me, you will be put in a QUEUE. I promise I will get to your suit, I just ask that you be patient. I do not work very fast due to some personal health issues. It could very well end up taking a year or more for you to receive your commission. I am very busy, and I take on quite a few commission slots a year. This is why my commissions are cheap, I do not work as fast as some other makers, I cannot make you a priority just because you want your suit before someone else.
I do both art and fursuits, so I’m not always working on suits. However, please feel free to ask any questions you may need to.REVISIONS
1. Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eyecolour or fixing a small detail, Any requests above that will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.
2. Under no circumstances, please do not spam my inbox. This is incredibly stressful for me! I will give you a warning before refusing service, but I really appreciate if you wouldn't send back to back messages if I'm not currently responding.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
1. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in US currency.
2. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.
3. Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on Seller's account is equal to the invoice amount (US currency)REFUNDS
1. I normally cannot provide refunds. If you are not happy with this, unfotunately I am not the right person to work with. Due to my living situation and this being my only job, any sort of refund will be unlikely.
2. Customer obliges to contact the Seller regarding any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc.CANCELLATIONS
17. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, with or without giving reasons to Customer.
18. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer may receive a partial refund or whatever has been completed, along with materials needed to finish anything. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.Why Can’t You Accept Refunds?
- This and my art commissions are my only form of income. I make barely over a hundred dollars every month from my artwork, sometimes less than that. Due to personal and financial reasons, I cannot currently drive or work a normal job. I won’t go into specifics but I really appreciate your grace and patience with me, and your understanding that it’s just something I likely can’t do.
